Return & Refund Policy

At OG Ethnics, all sales are considered final. We request you to carefully review the product details, size, color, and other information before placing your order.

Returns

  • Once you receive your parcel, please record a continuous unboxing video while opening it. This video may be required to verify any damage, defect, or incorrect product received.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds after delivery, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and/or an unboxing video for verification.

  • Return or refund requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Once a return is approved, the product must be shipped back by the customer in its original condition, along with all tags and packaging.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized products

  • Stitched or made-to-order products

  • Products altered according to customer requirements

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery, subject to verification.

Refunds

  • If a return and refund request is approved, 20% of the order value will be deducted towards platform, payment gateway, processing, and handling charges.

  • The remaining 80% of the eligible order value will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

  • Shipping or other applicable charges may be non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification and product availability.

  • Exchanges are not allowed for changes in color preference, size preference, design preference, or change of mind.

  • Any exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with the required images/video evidence.

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color, embroidery, print, fabric texture, or measurements may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, and the handcrafted nature of certain garments. Such variations will not be considered defects.

  • Slight embellishment, thread, sequin, bead, or handwork loss may naturally occur in handcrafted or embellished garments and will not be considered damage.

  • Customers are advised to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.

  • OG Ethnics reserves the right to reject a return, exchange, or refund request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above.
